tudy on the gastrointestinal function by exhaustive exercise in rats under the intervention of Probiotics.
Method: Forty SD male rats were randomly divided into quiet control group (NC), exercise control group (ME), quiet medication group(NCY) and exercise medication group (MEY).The exercise control group and the exercise medication group were subjected to 6 weeks exhaustive training, the running speed was 19.3m / min, the slope was 5o, the training was once a day, 6 d / week. The concentration of 107CFU / mL probiotics was gavage 10.0mL / (kg.d-1) in the quiet medication group and exercise medication group. After 6 weeks of exhaustion training. The activities of Gastrointestinal Hormones Ghrelin、PYY、CCK、GLP-1、MTL and GAS were measured in rats serum. The expression of AQP4 was detected by RT-PCR and Western Blot.
Results: The ME group induced the content of rats serum Ghrelin and PYY were higher than those in NC group(P< 0.01); But, the ME group induced the content of CCK 、GLP-1、MTL and GAS were lower than those in NC group(P< 0.01);The NCY group induced the content of rats serum Ghrelin and PYY was lower than that in ME group(P < 0.01), But, The NCY group induced the content of CCK、GLP-1、MTL and GAS group were higher than those in ME group(P< 0.01);The MEY group of serum Ghrelin was higher than that in NC group (P <0.05) and lower than that in ME group (P < 0.01) The MEY group PYY was lower than that in ME group (P <0.05); The MEY group of serum CCK was lower than that in NC group (P <0.05) and higher than that in ME group (P <0.05); The MEY group of serum GLP-1、MTL and GAS were higher than those in ME group(P< 0.01);The expression of AQP4 mRNA and protein in the Gastrointestinal tissue of ME group were lower than those in NC group (P <0.01 or P< 0.05), The expression of AQP4 mRNA and protein in NCY and MEY group were higher than in ME group (P <0.01 or P< 0.05).
Conclusion: Exhaustive exercise caused changes in gastrointestinal hormone levels and the increase of AQP4 expression in rats, It is closely related to the solution of probiotics. Probiotics may be involved Gastrointestinal hormone secretion and water metabolism process. |
