    Abstract:

Objective To analyse the genetic construction of population in Bama miniature pigs. Methods 31 selected single primers were used to amplify genomic DNA of Bama miniature pigs. The amplified fragments were analysed by the RAPD istance package version 1.04 and the similarity index was calculated. Results 275 bands were obtained in which polymorphisic bands were 85, the frenquency of polymorphisic bands were between 0-66.7%. Different individual pig has various bands, but the frenquency of common band was higher. Based on RAPD patters similarity index (F) calculated was 0.928 (0.78-0.96), mean allelic frequency (q) was 0. 732, and minimun heterozygosites (H) was 0.268. Conclusion Bama, miniature pigs reached a higher degree of homogeneity than ordinary bred pigs.
