The human liver tissue was homogenized. It's mitochondria were separated and purified by fraction centrifuge and step ingredient centrifuge. The purified mitochondria were micro-injected into the cytoplasm of the feritlized eggs. There is sixty-one percent microinjected eggs survived immediately after the manipulation. Among them, fifty-three percent eggs pass the primary division. The results suggested the possibility of production of mice bring human mitochondria.
