    Abstract:

    The value of six blood enzymes and two plasma protein levels in spontaneous NIDDM Chinese hamster were measured and their relationships were determined. The results were: five blood enzymes and plasma total protein of NIDDM animals all have a higher level than those of control (P<0.01), which suggests that the spontaneous NIDDM inbredline Chinese hamsters pathogenesis glycaemia and protein metablic abnormality.
