| Abstract: |
| Objective The transformation from gastritis to cancer model of rat was constructed, and the new serological diagnosis index of the gastric cancer was explored. Methods N-methyl-N'-nitro-N'-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) drinking water and high salt feed were used to induce gastric cancer in rats. Dynamic observation of gastric deterioration in rats was operated by nuclear magnetic resonance imaging and histopathology. The expression of miR-17-5p and miR-374-5p in the serum of rats was detected by qRT-PCR in different time points. Results MNNG cooperated with high salt diet could induce gastric degeneration, through the atrophic gastritis and atypical hyperplasia process. The expression level of miR-17-5p and miR-374-5p in the serum was positively correlated with the degree of gastric degeneration in rats. Conclusion the rat gastritis cancer transformation model constructed by MNNG drinking water combined with high salt feed provides a good animal model for studying the pathogenesis of gastric cancer. Serum miR-17-5p and miR-374-5p are potential markers for non-invasive diagnosis of gastric cancer at the early stage. |
