    Abstract:

Abstract: Aim To set up primary dysmenorrheal model in mice with progynova and oxytocin; Methods Administrated different doses of progynova in mice continuously and after last dosage peritoneal injected oxytocin to induce writhing response, recorded the writhing latency period and frequency. Results: The optimum dose of progynova was 0.5 mg?kg-1and oxytocin 2U.1hour after administrated progynova was the optimal time to observe writhing response. From the third day writhing frequency begin to increase and maintain high level from the fourth day. Conclusion: progynova combined with oxytocin could build primary dysmenorrheal model.
