    Abstract:

Objective Mice model by transverse aortic constriction (TAC) was commonly used in cardiomyopathy studies. But the evaluation of successful ligation is a problem. In this paper, we established the TAC mice model consulting references about this technique at home and abroad, and use Doppler as a early stage evaluation technology. Methods The 0.4 mm reconstructed aortic was established theoretically, and the flow of aorta and branches were analysed bydoppler analysis. The mortality of TAC mice was calculated and analyzed by the Spss 16.0 software. The dependablity between doppler analysis on flow 1 week after reconstruction and echocardiography analysis on left ventricle (LV) wall thickness 4 weeks after reconstruction was essaied. This technology was evaluated on references at home and abroad. Reasults The survival rate was 85% (n=40) 8 weeks after reconstriction, while it was 96.4% in the sham group (n=28). The LV posterior wall at end-diastole (LVPWD) will give significance when the IA/LCCA flow ratio>5.9. The IA/LCCA flow ratio will give liner correlation to LVPWD when it is between 5.9 and 10.7, and the liner correlation will decreased when the ratio>10.7. Conclusions The LVPWD will give significant thickness 4 weeks after reconstruction when the IA/LCCA flow ratio>5.9 1 week after reconstruction, and the Doppler analysis can be used as early stage evaluation technology on transverse aortic constriction mice model.
