    Objective To investigate the urinary metabonomic variation in diabetic rats in order to explore the ap-plication of metabonomics in research of diabetes.Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed with high-fat and high-su-crose diet for 6 weeks and then injected with vehicle or streptozotocin(STZ) in a dose of 37 mg /kg.Fasting blood glucose(FBG) was monitored weekly after STZ injection.Urines of normal rats and model rats were collected at 1,2,4,6,8 weeks after STZ injection.Serum insulin(INS),triglyceride(...
