    Abstract:

Objective To establish the animal model of Qi dificiency and blood stasis syndrome of cerebral ischemia.Methods\ The animal model of Qi dificiency and blood stasis syndrome was formed by starvation, fatigue, cold wetness, panic, high grease diet in old Wistar rat. The animal model of cerebral ischemia was formed by bilateral carotis communis artery obstruction(CCAO).The general macroscopic and microcosmic indicators were monitored.Results\ The model rats are almost in accordance with the peculiarity of Qi\|dificiency and blood stasis syndrome and the pathologic rule of cerebral ischemia.Conclusion\ The study suggests that this kind of animal model of combination of disease with syndrome could be used in the study of preventing and curing the cerebral ischemia by traditional Chinese medicine.
