    Abstract:

Objective To establish a mouse model of photochemical induced acute cerebral infarction.Methods\ The orthogonal test with 5 factors and 4 levels was used to study the best experiment conditions of photochemical induced acute cerebral infarction in mice.Results\ The best experiment conditions: exposure time is 5 minutes, exposure rate is 1,dosage of rose bengal is 100?mg/kg,dosage of evans blue is 100?mg/kg,the time put to death is 4 hours.Conclusion\ The verification of the result proves that the experiment conditions of the model are correct.
